How records are held
Records are organised and processed in a UK-hosted environment and personal data stays in the United Kingdom. They are held in strict confidence, and privileged material stays privileged. The default retention position is the duration of the matter plus six years, with alternative periods available on the controller’s instruction.
Software and human review
Software assists with organising, indexing, paginating and summarising records, but a qualified person reviews the summary, index and chronology before they are relied upon, so what you receive is never a solely automated result. The contractual framework restricts the use of customer data to train AI models. Nothing here should be read as a claim that AI output is verified, certified or a substitute for expert judgment.
