The timeline
Every document that can be separated is placed in strict date order across all providers: GP, hospital, ambulance, physio, dental. One timeline, not one timeline per source, so the sequence of treatment reads as it happened.

We build the record
Every document is sequenced into the timeline and indexed.

A person checks it
Dates, order, links and completeness are verified on every file before anything leaves us.

Delivery
The finished record is returned by secure transfer.

Supplementary records
Later disclosure is folded into the same record on the same timeline.
While we hold the papers
Records are organised and processed in a UK-hosted environment and personal data stays in the United Kingdom. They are held in strict confidence, and privileged material stays privileged.
